Ok, so it's not really grilled but it is the bomb!
Saute onions and sliced mushrooms in butter with oregano until done and delicious.
Put Rye bread in the toaster. When it's done, butter it.
In the meantime, cube some smoked gouda and add it into the pan with the mushrooms and onions. Low heat, and stir/poke until it's a big cheesy gooey mess. fork it all up and put it on your toast.
Fucking divine.
